Cancellation Policy
A $35 charge per service for cancellation within 48 hours of appointment. Gift Certificates are not refundable and are null and void for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled time. Lost gift certificates will no be reissued. Other services may be substituted for the face value of a gift certificate. Some restrictions apply. See Parker Day Spa for details.
